- Items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.
- Refund requests must be made within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the product.

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified time frame (7 to 10 working days after initiating refund), please check your bank account again and contact your card issuer bank or MFS. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
